I'm THE BOSS.......No Questions & No Arguments

When I started my career in 2004 with a small organization, my thoughts on the subject Boss was pretty different. My Boss at that time was Rahul Bose, he was the Design head……Our department was so cool, although there were two more people who use to work along with me, one of them was textile designer & other was product designer. Being my first company, I was always punctual with my timings whereas my other colleagues including my boss were very casual with their timings. I was working as a packaging designer for their overseas & domestic products.  Rahul was pretty cool as a boss as well as a person. Most of the times we all used to sit together & have our morning coffee with the songs of Bryan Adams, Enrique or Robbie Williams on our Media player play list. I had never expected such a cool environment ever.  We had everything in our desktops whether its yahoo messenger, rediff bol, Gtalk.   I didn’t knew a,b,c,d of the deigns which I got to know while sitting &a

When a father looses his self respect.............

Winters were in the verge to end & spring was going to start..........This is the time when i was living with my friends Anshu & Arnab at Lajpat Nagar, its been very tough time travelling every day from Delhi to Gurgaon & then coming back in the evening. I use to start from Delhi by 7:45am & by 9:00pm i reach back. It was a Saturday & saturdays were always good due to less traffic & chaos. I reached early that day & was sitting on my room chatting with Arnab. I got a call - it was unknown number from area code - 0120, i thought for a while, its from either Noida or Ghaziabad. I picked up the call & the person on the other side said - Namaste Son, I am JOJO's Father. JOJO is one of the live stories of my life, which turned me upside down which made Year 2007 as deadliest. Will blog the full coverage of this story separately.  Jojo's Father voice was looking like a person who had been lost everything in a battle & was almost about to cry or

Festival of Colors

The main day, Holi, also known as Dhuli Vandana in Sanskrit, also Dhulheti , Dhulandi or Dhulendi , is celebrated by people throwing coloured powder and coloured water at each other. Bonfires are lit the day before, also known as Holika Dahan (burning of Holika) or Chhoti Holi (little Holi). The bonfires are lit in memory of the miraculous escape that young Prahlad accomplished when Demoness Holika, sister of Hiranyakashipu, carried him into the fire. Holika was burnt but Prahlad, a staunch devotee of god Vishnu, escaped without any injuries due to his unshakable devotion. I would be around 11years old & till that time Holi was a festival of horror for me, as i hardly use to move out from home in the fear of colors................In true sense, colors are very much part of our life, it unites people from every creed, color, religion & culture..........It is such a lovely festival to be enjoyed...........Colors represent different moods of your life..........Playing with
