Grow Old with Someone you Love..............

My hair had gone grey, my eyes had gone weak. I am nearing onto my 70's, my old habits of late rising from sleep had changed. Now me and my wife had turned early risers. We are back from our morning walk.

With a cup of tea, i am reading the newspaper headlines. Nothing much had changed politically in India all through these years. Priyanka Gandhi's son is on the verge to be the next prime minister of India, Kejriwal's son is still fighting against corruption. Lets put end to these newspaper stories here.

Nikki (My Wife) is busy with her early morning Yoga session, she had turned 68 years old but still managed to looks 15 yrs younger than her age. I am gazing her my double lenses, its almost 40years of our togetherness and still it seems that we had just got married yesterday.

Nikki raises her eyebrows from the corner and asks me whats in the breakfast honey? I distract myself and pretend that i had not heard her words. She speaks more louder with adding - "You promised me before marriage that you will cook on weekends and holidays, now you are full time on holiday cook something fresh and healthy for me."

Technology had changed now with just a click of the touch you can select for the menu & recipe. With another touch robotic technology will cook the food opted by you....I wish old days were better where you cook your food by your own as it reflected the love & passion of cooking for your loved ones.

My first love for country music is still alive & i love listening that in the background, Nikki hates my music numbers thats why she prefers listening to her dance numbers with her ear phones. We both are very different from each other, our likes, dislikes are pretty different but it doesn't stop us living together, we both miss each other a lot when we are not together. I occasionally gift  her with white roses (her favorite), whenever she gets annoyed or angry on me. I am pretty smart here to defend myself at any likely situations.

We still keep fighting on little little things, we still cry & laugh as we used to do in past. I still don't like to watch TV & seeing soap operas with her, i still had to watch her live drama's & bear with it. She too don't like my PJ (pakao Jokes) but still had to bear that because i can't control. We love each other so much that we are use to it now........

If you have somebody to love you,
if you have somebody to care you,
What else you may need more from this Life!
Life is short enough but still big to live with Grudges.
Just learn to give & forgive, give & forgive.
You will found True love of your life...
Happiness & sorrow are part of the life,
Living & loving each other during those moments
is what a True love of your life.

My First Interview for Marriage Proposal

I was recovering from my viral fever & all hats of to my mom whose efforts had made me recovered so quickly. My platelet counts had gone below the standard mark & I had to take off from my office for almost 2 weeks. I informed my father about illness & requested if they can come for a while to take care of me. Since my mother is a heart patient so we generally avoid giving her shock or any such news which disturbs her. My father told her that we are going to Gurgaon for a while to meet Tinku & will stay for atleast 2-3days. (Tinku is my pet name, so don’t make a joke of it ok.) My mother was over surprised because my father hardly gets space/ time from his job. He loves his job more than my mother, so it was hard for my mother to swallow it so quickly. She had the only thought in her mind was of marriage proposal, she had been dreaming for my marriage for more than a year. Reality was hard for her to see as she got to know about my illness only when she arrived at m...

Internet Cafe - Open 24hours

I remember Year1999 when i created my first email ID & when i today remember the same story i can't even imagine life without internet. It was a Sunday, we were just through with our intermediate exams. We got to know that internet cafe had come around near Govt. college. Myself & Puneet we thought of going to this cafe. Although Charges were Rs120/ hrs, we managed to spend fifty-fifty from our pocket moneys. We started with creating email ID in rediff, it took us almost 30-45mins as we were filling the registration form for the first time. At last we were able to create our first email Id's.  In today's era, most of the kids who have started going to school now have their facebook & twitter accounts. Dont know how far this will gooooooo, but as of this don't have any end. Its a small story of how the internet services had grown drastically in India since last one decade. There had been full transformation in this field. Before i start my story l...
