Feeling of Fear.......

Fear is feeling just like happiness, sadness only difference is when you feel fear, mind starts bringing up every possible negative thoughts in our brain. These thoughts creates confusion, within seconds or minutes we get close to thousands things in our mind about something bad is going to happen.

Just example - when we drive to office, if we are stuck in the traffic, you mind will start throwing all posible questions to you......How will my boss will react if got late, how would my subordinates will feel if got late, there are so many emails which i need to respond will get delayed. what if this traffic continued for 2-3 hours or more. Mind will ask all questions possible & will make you so confused that you will start feeling a kind of fear.

We all are aware what happens when we are under that feeling of fear, our mind doesn't concentrate on the work we are trying to do and mind will behold doing whatever way it can. we come under the trap of our mind and your heart will start pumping heavily, mind would get block in this confused state. When you are in fear, you abdoben will also react in that way, where you will either start feel thirsty or hungry, slowly slowly this fear takes us to the next level impacting our body. Our shoulders will shrug automatically in this fear, face becomes pale, hearing capability reduces due to concerntration.

Some people have this frequency very frequently, some have do have but not so frequently. The people who are prone to this trap of mind on frequent basis get depressed sooner or later because of this fear factor. They have fear of loosing freinds, loosing family members and they trust level also reduces a lot, there confidence levels reduces. This is extreme cases only but this is how they become with just feeling of fear taking seriously into their lives.

Now question appears, what should we do in such situations where mind traps us in the feeling of fear. If any one had seen Hindi Bolywood Movie - 3 Idiots, where actor Aamir Khan says to his friends - "All is well" and clarifies it what does it means with a Story of watchman, who use to say these words every night while taking guard of the streets during night time in order to control emotions of our minds that everything is fine nothing to worry, in a similar manner, the only way to control your mind before it takes control is to make it fool by saying everything is fine and divert those thoughts.

If you follow spritual persons, they can control their minds through meditaiton which is little rigrous way of doing but therapy is very clear calming down your mind removes feeling of fear from your inside. If we start practising meditation for half an hour after we wake up will bring lot of calmness to us. Practising it regularly will help us healing our minds. It is one of best medicene to heal your mind.

Keep regular check on your water intake, more you take better it keeps your mind cool, as you must have lot of people saying - Chill down, take some water.

Music is another wayof healing if it helps to divert your thoughts....Only way which i presonally feel is let yourself free from everything, every boundaries, every bad or negative thoughts just feel free.

At last if nothing works than remember God and his teachings. I always remember whats said in holy book - "Gita".

My First Interview for Marriage Proposal

I was recovering from my viral fever & all hats of to my mom whose efforts had made me recovered so quickly. My platelet counts had gone below the standard mark & I had to take off from my office for almost 2 weeks. I informed my father about illness & requested if they can come for a while to take care of me.
