Mental Stability

Back after 4 years on this blog.......................................

I had been working on myself for last couple of years to bring mental stability. In coming years i feel most of the people would be mentally ill, bceause of the current generations involvement with Mobiles, laptops, televisions and artifical ways of living life.

We have forget our core way of living life, coming kids are more interested in playing online rather than on the playgrounds. I am not against the new generation toys of mobile instruments, however i feel overeusing them making us more dependent on them. We wake up with them on our hands, we sleep with them on our hands. If you check out of 24 hours most of us are using mobiles close to 9-10 hours a day and at times continously for 3 hours. Such kind of conditions are making us sleep deprived, depressed, also hunger deprived.

Living at high speed internet age is a reward for our generation, but if not handled properly brings lot of virus along, what all viruses it brings -
Virus of gettting too much involved will end up huge expectations, we click pictures now for not our satisfaction but for social networking sites.
Virus of feeling sad if some of your friends are posting lot of overseas pictures making you jealous that life is easy for them and hard for you. without thinking the challenges of their lives.
Virus of overthinking about anything and everything - good or bad, resulting in mental unstability of decision making.
Virus of not spending time with yourself,  virus of not doing anything creative without help of mobile.

I think life is more about mental stability living withing these modern toys, how can that we achieve, here are few tips:
  • Wake-up early
  • Spend time with Nature - Trees, plants, greenery, this will not only heal your mind but also bring peace to your heart.
  • Do regular excercise to increase your mental strength as well physical strength.
  • Write about thoughts in your mind, specially in early morning hours which will help you to think and evaluate your inner-self. (Specially writing with pen on a notebook)
  • Getting involved with art, music or dance. These are very important aspects of our other side of mind which brings stability of achieving things which we always wished to do.
  • You may face failures in life don't over expect things, take them positvely.
  • You will face bad relationships in life, don't over expect them. Keep moving in your life without expecting.
  • Eat healthy, don't eat anything and everything.
  • Most important of all, remembering God and spending time with God. Not necessary to go to temple for that. Most of Gurus had said it very clearly. God is within us, its all about connectivity. The day you get connected to your innerself, you will meet God within you.
This will bring mental stability and calmness to your mind, practise it regularly.

My First Interview for Marriage Proposal

I was recovering from my viral fever & all hats of to my mom whose efforts had made me recovered so quickly. My platelet counts had gone below the standard mark & I had to take off from my office for almost 2 weeks. I informed my father about illness & requested if they can come for a while to take care of me. Since my mother is a heart patient so we generally avoid giving her shock or any such news which disturbs her.
